Aim of the workshop
The workshop addressed the cardinal issues of the dark universe today, gathering a selected number of scientists working in cosmology and particle physics in the inspiring and monumental setting of Avignon. There has been a limited number of review talks by leading experts in each field, fostering thorough and hopefully lively debates. Ample time was allocated to all the discussion sessions on the issues introduced during the reviews. There has been also a small number of contributions on special topics.

Venue
The workshop took place in Avignon, in southern France, at the Palais des Papes.
Participation to the workshop was by invitation only. There were no registration fees.
