Chloé is born on 4 October 2009 !

I am among the organizers of the trimester Statistical physics, combinatorics and probability: from discrete to continuous models taking place at the Centre Émile Borel in Institut Henri Poincaré from 7 September till 18 December 2009.

Previously, I have been an organizer of the IPhT Symposium 2008 in Batz-sur-Mer (15-17 October).

Research topics

I have a general interest in statistical and mathematical physics, with a particular taste for models that can be solved exactly. My field could also be qualified as combinatorial statistical physics (see a short presentation here). Some keywords:

• statistical mechanics on two-dimensional random lattices, in connection with :
  • enumerative and bijective combinatorics (of maps and trees)
  • random matrices
  • branching processes
  • 2D quantum gravity

• integrable models on 2D regular lattices, and especially :
  • loop gases and equivalents : O(n), Potts models...
  • Razumov-Stroganov conjecture and extensions (combinatorics again)
