Introduction to 2d CFT in the bootstrap formalism

This is a short introduction to the main ideas and techniques of two-dimensional conformal field theory. In paricular, we introduce the Virasoro algebra and its representations, explain the principles of the conformal bootstrap approach, define the conformal blocks, and construct the energy-momentum tensor.
